Went in to purchase a newer car, immediately greeted by Craig. Welcoming us to Canadian Auto Mall! My girlfriend and I explained to him what the needs and wants for the vehicle we wanted and he found us a Fully loaded Ford Edge. After a test drive, Craig had all the paperwork done up in a timely manner. We ended up getting the car 2 days later. Craig and Canadian Auto Mall are very efficient and customer oriented! This is the third car our family has purchased off Craig and Canadian Auto Mall. Definitely won’t hesitate to come back for a fourth.

I am so happy with the new car sitting in my driveway! We have test driven cars at this dealership before but were never able to quite get what met our needs before now. This time I had to decide between two cars that would have been perfect for me. I decided on a Subaru Outback and I am so happy with it so far.
Our first contact was with Richard who was a fantastic salesperson. No pressure, great suggestions and willing to answer my questions. Then when we were ready to move ahead we dealt with Craig to take care of the final numbers and financing. We were able to work out a good deal while having a few laughs. It was a very laid back experience. We were able to get the car a few days after signing the papers.
It's the little things that make a difference. When I picked up the new car, Craig moved my trade in out of the way and then when he was pulling my new car up he set the radio station to the one I had been listening to in my old car. A simple little thing to make my new car feel like it belongs to me right away.
I definitely recommend this dealership and although I won't need a new car for a long time we will definitely look here first.
The service department practices feel shady. There had been battery issues but we were told they replaced the battery. Which they did, but they replaced the battery for our SUV with a battery for a sedan so we continued to have battery problems.
We discovered right after we bought the car that there was an issue with the power windows. We brought it back and they said they'd get it fixed at the subaru dealership but the earliest appointment was 2 months out. Two days before our appointment, they called us saying they cancelled the appointment and would just order in the part and do it in house. 3 months later, we call them about the part and were told "oh, it just came in on Friday". We made the arrangements to drop the car off, and when we got it back, there was an extra 52km on it?! The service department was closed when we went in, but a salesperson told us they probably took it to the dealership but they didn't know for sure.
